Shipping & Order Processing

We currently ship within the United States and to select international destinations.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier.

U.S. Shipping

We ship to all U.S. addresses.

Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing, depending on location and carrier service.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Local Gym Delivery (Las Vegas / Henderson Area)

For customers training locally, we offer in-person delivery at select Jiu Jitsu gyms.

Local gym delivery is available at:

  • Engle Jiu Jitsu

  • 10th Planet Henderson

  • Aniciete Training Club

Local deliveries are coordinated around regular training times and scheduled in advance. This option is intended for gym meet-ups only and is not available for home delivery.

If you select local gym delivery at checkout, we’ll follow up via email to confirm timing and location.

Limited International Shipping

We currently offer limited international shipping to the following countries:

  • Canada

  • United Kingdom

  • Australia

  • New Zealand

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.

Please note:

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country

  • These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing and carrier delays

Submission Skincare is not responsible for delays, holds, or refusals by customs authorities.

Additional Information

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you

  • We do not currently ship to countries outside those listed above
